Andreas hatveits backyard setup all finished

i was watching ski porn the other day and i realized andreas was sliding these long ass urban rails both ways....thats like unheard of isn't it???
 
there's return, its in him being able to train and learn new tricks, which enables winning contests and producing more ridiculous video segments
 
holy crap. the video just worked for me ...

a bit more than a renovation. Just pouring the concrete would be in the thousands of dollars. The tower of an inrun would be another few G's. +labor, +miscellaneous material other than the enormour amount of high grade lumber.

Radical setup, though, can't wait to see some footage of him hitting the jump. I wonder if he can climb out of the house straight onto the inrun in the morning:)
 
Wow that is absurd. I remember seeing an edit from last season with his backyard setup but this is sooo much crazier.
 
Not only is Andreas the best skier in the world right now, I think he is the best ambassador our sport has. The guy is always so upbeat. For example, JOSS. While everyone else is bitching about weather, he's smiling away; just loving every minute of it. I think his pure love of the sport really shows in his skiing. If anyone deserves a set up like this, it's Andreas.
 
as my girl is a real estate agent you are correct except that when you alter your house like that the re-sale value is nothing but he owns his own hotel so no big deal he clearly has cash to blow
 
There´s a return alright for those who payed for it, and will be making fucking bank when kids from all over Norway travel to Hallingskarvet to hit his setup. It´s not actually "his", it´s payed by Skibyen, an organization of all the ski-related businesses in the area, owned 90% by his parents, and it´s open for everyone.
 
Would be sooo sick to have a setup like that in your backyard! The jump looks crazy and the rail line is perfect!!
 
i cant imagine how stupid you are. well, i guess you're american. here in norway, the tax rates and labour is pretty damn expensive.

the snow guns is really expensive.

yeah I remember that. there were also some videos of a jump session on his setup, but I think that this one is way bigger than the one that he had last, but I could be mistaken
 
I don't know about that. There was so much machinery and people working on that, just the labour costs alone would be insane.
 
thats like half of my setup, my backyard setup is a replica of the dubai place works year round full park but whatever......

....and now on a serious note that is unreal i would never leave my house if i had that... and id get so fuckin good if i could ski that much

im hoping to have a bigger jump if my parents get a new piece of property

thats alot of money he has invested in that setup
 
Um... That is absolutely ridiculous. His rail line is nicer than the rail line at my home mountain by a long shot, and I'm guessing that his jump will be perfect too... That would be a dream come true right there.
He can't sesh that in the summer though... That is the only downside to the setup. He could hit that all day every day in the winter... Without having to leave his house.
