An open letter to ARMADA

Hey Armada it's me again,

I just wanted to say how much I enjoy our time together.

You know that I've been skiing park for over a decade, and during that time freestyle skis have had all sorts of factory defects as companies try to come out with the latest bomb proof designs.

As a result I've had to warranty 2 pairs of K2's, 2 pairs of lines, and a pair of surface. All of which were the most annoying warranty processes ever.

I was really interested in e'dollos, I saw how hard people slammed them into rails yet nobody I ever talked to had any edge separation. At Carinthia I'd say you see 10+ people on '16 e'dollos on a busy day - it just seemed like a trusted ski.

So when I found them this fall in my size I jumped on them, but sadly they had a defect.

I loved how when I sent my first e-mail you guys got back to me right away, and in less than a week you packaged up new skis to send me.

It's a big deal because the other brands I dealt with only ever made me feel like a number on a to do list - but you seemed to feel genuinely bad about the defect and your eagerness to make me a happy customer was taken to heart.

You guys have earned respect and a faithful customer for life.

with love and affection,

-Coach

This as well! I absolutely love my armada skis and everything else armada that I own. I wouldn't choose any other ski company to support. Every day that I'm out skiing on my Armadas i know its going to be a great day. By far the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Definitely what skiing will become

Shout out to T-Hall for making armada and the sport of skiing what it is today definitely a risking decision starting a new company and walking away from the money that rossignol was putting out for him
