anybody ride these? i'm thinking about getting them in a 169. what's the flex like? i know they're softer than the antidogmas, but aren't necessarily "soft". i don't want noodles haha

I don't have the best info for you since I only demoed them.. but they aren't soft like invaders soft.. they are more sort of mid-soft flex.. sorry i can't think of a more direct comparison.. Softer than Reno Jibs/ Volkl WallsStiffer than Invaders/ AnthemsI just woke up, not too coherent.. pm me for more info if you want..

I have townships and they deffinatley are not noodles its a mid flex a little bit softer than antidogmas. THey are stiffer than rossi scratches (thats the only thing i can compare them to cause its the only other ski i have ridden a lot) They are on the heavier side (in my opinion) but they are a fun ski. Atleast untill you rip your edge out and since you hit rails with them no warranty. :(

i've held antidogmas before and they weren't very heavy, so i'm guessing the townships would be lighter? a medium flex is definitely what i'm looking for, and i don't think i'm worried about ripping edges out on rails (since i'm not spinning on yet). how do they do outside the park? i've been riding public enemies for a few years now (comparable to scratches?) if that's any help either haha..

thanks guys^^

The townships and the antidogmas use different cores my freind has antidogmas they are smaller thaan my townships but still there is a big weight difference. Check out amplid.com they have all of the specs and stuff.

I did a weight comparison on a UPS scale today. TS 176 vs. AD 178. The Antidogma was about 1 ounce heavier per ski. They had the exact same bindings.
