Hwy 26 Mt. Hood isn't a very specific location for headquarters.
Anyhoo - the binding system and slider plates are really intriguing - especially for anyone who has a shitload of 05-06 Lines and an pair of $300 reactor paperweights. The idea of having one pair of bindings and multiple sets of skis is really compelling to people who travel - I live in Arizona and have a Fusion pass. I think I did 10 round trips last year. I bought into the whole reactor system (prophet 130s, 100s, invaders and chronics) and have ended up abandoning the reactors and mounting px12tis all of them. I tomahawked down the west wall at skibowl last december when
my reactors broke, and had given up totally on the idea of the one
binding/multiple ski concept before I stopped cartwheeling. It was really nice being able to pack four sets of skis into a single ski bag and have it come in below 50lbs for air travel, however.
It looks like the amplid bindings are the licensed Vist technology, like 4frnt deadbolts. If so, those are time tested, bulletproof and trustworthy. It looks like this system might warrant more investigation.
