looks like a rampage with a forward lean adjustment and a forth buckle. doesnt a forth buckle kind defeat the purpose of the heel lock buckle? like its not really neccisarry?

well it'll still make the cuff tighter to your shin i would guess, but i have a feeling those won't take off very well, so many people are already sold on the spks or full tilits.
