Ok guys im looking for some skis this upcoming season, I am 5'6 150 lbs., probably will be getting a 172 in the antidogmas or a 171 in the reno jibs, and will be doing about 75% park 25% all mountain, i had invaders last year and hated them, wayyy to soft for me, i have been having a real hard time deciding between these two skis, so I came to ns for help, price doesnt matter because there is a 50 dollar difference in the skis prices, anything to help me out would be appreciated and + Karma for all helpful posts, thanks guys!!!!!!!

i would go with the amplids. with the jibs you would need to center mount them which can be a little strange out of the park. but the amplids will ski better mounted back a little so they will do better all over the mountain

Yeah. After reading the descriptions of both skis on their respective websites, it seems like the Antidogma's are a softer ski whereas the Jibs are a medium flex.

wrong. ampllids are a mediums ish flex. kinda an almountain. similar to like stls is what i got. but deffinatly not soft. perfect for biggerjumps

both are gonna be medium - stiffer flex.. i would think the jibs are slightly stiffer.. the jibs will ski better at centre.. I was on walls last year and they were great all mountain.. i would go for the jibs based on the symmetry

both are legit skis

but if you are going to mount center go jibs just because they are made to be mounted there. they will ski the best mounted center out of the two

Just because the ski isn't symmetrical doesn't mean it's not meant to be ridden centered.

I'm NOT saying the Antidogma is designed to be center mounted only. It's all PERSONAL prreference! All our park skis are clearly marked to be mounted anywhere from +40mm to -60mm from ski center depending on the rider and how the rider wants the ski to perform.

I personally prefer my Antidogmas @ +20mm while the majority of the team rides thiers at center.
