I was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, but my parents are Finnish as are all my ancestors. I lived in Finland for a few years before moving to the US. I still have a double citizinship with Canada and Finland.
I suppose I could call myself American because I have been living here so long, but I could call myself Finnish because I feel like an import. But I still would like to hold the title of Canadian, just because Canada is a neato place.
