Americans Answer This

sounds like you were at an american themed diner, dumbass. did you happen to notice all of the american decorations on the walls? or the patriotic names of all the other food? i have never once heard anyone call french fries freedom fries or french toast freedom toast.

Or maybe your the dumbass. It was a cafe called Kim's Place, and it was far from American themed. Although everyone in there was fat as shit and they had all you can eat pancakes for $1.99, I'm not sure if that qualifies as american themed....

I know that now the hospital has to admit you regardless of whether or not you have insurance and I know that there are alot of people who don't pay but you are supposed to.

whatever man. i dont care what people do or call shit in the midwest. and i dont think it matters where you are, if you are out at breakfast, there is going to be a lot of fat people because who else wakes up extra early to eat. in the northeast, we get hammered at night like normal people and go to the diners at three or four in the morning for breakfast and 95% of the people there are average weight.

I'm not american (clearly), but I'm 99% sure you guys don't consider Michigan to be the mid-west. And I don't know if you consider it North East or not, but if not its gotta be pretty close lol.

You serious? haha my bad then. By Canadian standards we probably wouldnt call anything east of like, Nebraska "west"

Keep in mind our country spread from the east, so west was traditionally how they named the states in relation to California and New England.

yeah most people consider Ohio the start of the Midwest, and I think it goes to about Nevada and then theres the west coast. Thats at least what I've always thought

nope midwest ends when the plains end. meaning montana, wyoming, colorado, new mexico are not midwest. neither is texas.

Okay give me the name of the town you were in because i basically live in michigan, im gonna go and see if they actually call them that.

midwest does have lots of rednecks. i would no i live in wisconsin. they are annoying and downright stupid

I never thought I had so much canadian pride until I lived in the united states.

the majority of american's think that the U.S. is the land of the free and everyone is jealous of them. In fact it is really only the land of the free to foreigners who immigrate here and go to school, work hard, and get ahead. To everyone else it is a place where you can buy a burger with bacon AND onion rings on it. To be one of the most powerful countries in the world isn't it obvious that you need to lie, cheat, steal, and be one of the most corrupt nations in the world?

If you think the United States is a free country, I suggest you take a trip up to Canada, take a seat on the curb of a busy street, drink and a beer, smoke a blunt and carve your name into the sidewalk and watch while nobody comes chasing after you with a baton.

I guess being the most unanimously dislike country in the world has its plus side as well, in the form of obesity, mexicans, rate of homicide, britney spears and nicolas cage.

they started calling them freedom fries after september eleventh no reason as to y, btw new ns mobile is dope im at work taking a shit writing this, thoight ud like to know

no. i am in quebec right now, and i live in ontario. if anyone said "freedom fries" i would punch them in the face.

wierd, i used to live in canada and i think the opposite. yes some places in the US are shitty. but after living here for awhile, not in shitty places im very happy i dont live in Canada anymore

Agreed. We 'muricans liek ourselves alotta.

Yeah America isn't really like that. Only the radical republicans, or super patriotic people

the american dream is a false and widely held illusion that it is possible for individuals to attain unrealistic desires

it has nothing to do with ceo's, it's a widespread social failure that never existed in the first place

next time i go to canada i'm gonna go to the most hardcore igloo and order poached seal...that's all you guys eat in canada, right?

Lived in the states for 3 years and never heard them called that, but someone did ask me when i lived in Canada if i lived in an igloo and if we had summer. NO JOKE

I certainly hope they pay (though many many times they do not, especially in the ER).

Considering it costs over $250k to become a doctor id rather ppl pay me than some retarded government that has no clue how to handle money and cant even stay out of debt.

If becoming a doctor were much cheaper then obviously id think differently

I am from BC and I have two friends who are going into med school and although it costs a ton up front, if you go and work in an under-served community the government pays back your loans. There are ways to get it back, plus doctors salaries are impressive.

here in CT only faggots call them freedom fries.... i always thought that was a stupid name

Very true. I am seriously considering the 10 years or whatever it is in an underserved area to get the loans forgiven

never heard them called freedom fries, and i eat the most wholesome of murican food on a frequent basis. then again i live in a city full of hippies and shit, but even elsewhere.

but still, america shits on ya
