America sucks for skiing!!!!!!!!!!

this mean $400 four hundred dollars you moron...so you just said you were paying 400 dollars euros...fuckin retard....leave my country

The only reason you are agreeing with him is cause you're from the Eas which sucks balls. The West on the other hard was the best skiing in the world period. Think about all the amazing resorts in the U.S. Mammoth, Squaw, Alpine, Kirkwood, Snowbird, Park CIty, Aspen, Keystone, Winter Park, Meadows, Bachelor, and Baker. Those are just some of the examples of the resorts avaiable on the West coast. Utah has the best snow in the world and the best park. And all the rest of the best parks, besides Whistler, are on the West coast. Europe doesn't have shit on the West.

have you spent a season in both europe and usa? if not, feel free to leave the discussion because you clearly dont know what you're talking about

I've recently noticed a really funny phenomenon. Most everyone in North America is of the opinion that "Yeah, the skiing's good here, but if you want to see some REAL skiing, go to the Alps," whereas everyone in Europe says, "Yeah, the skiing is pretty good here, but if you want some REAL skiing, go to the Rockies." I guess it's just international marketing doing a damn good job.

Come on man take ANY picture of a halfpipe in France or Austria and compare it to a pipe in the USA it's a fucking joke good pipes don't exist in France. Avoriaz is supposed to be the best and it's shaped maybe once every week, it's not straight, it looks like a mess.

Luckily we have a handful of places like Laax, Zermatt... which are stepping up, but still nowhere compared to Breck, Mammoth, etc.. oh we wish... maybe one day...

And you mention Val d'Isere, Verbier, etc.. COME ON MAN those places are tourist traps. They get shit snow statistics and the terrain is crowded like ants on a heap.

However Avoriaz, La Clusaz, Flaine, Diablerets, Engelberg, etc... have annual snowfall statistics that match Whistler. And you don't need a heli to access fantastic secret spots.

The UK is better than both for skiing.

ya well if the alps as good snow as Colorado and Utah you could brag. I will admit your mountains are topographically superior. Mainly b/c our Rocky mountains are older then the dinasuars and yours are new and not broken. But our snow is still better. bitch.
