so i purchased an item on amazon on monday, it says it has "not yet shipped" and "We'll notify you via e-mail when we have an estimated delivery date for this item. It will ship separately. You can cancel at any time" and when i look at the sellers under amazon it says this "Temporarily out of stock. Order now and we'll deliver when available. We'll e-mail you with an estimated delivery date as soon as we have more information. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship the item"
im just wondering, does that mean amazon will wait till it randomly comes in to ship it out to me or since i ordered it will the specifically get it for me then ship it out.
please help my confusion!!! thanks+K

If it's out of stock and they're taking orders it means they've already placed an order with the supplier. Once their shipment arrives, they'll let you know and ship your item.

they actually had an update for me, they said it would shit within 1-2 months, i cancelled and bought from another seller.
