The Teddy Knape Film Festival has an online submission system this year.

I know many of you have short films sitting on your hard drives that could be submitted with ease, so lazyness is not an excuse. Tons of prizes (including cash) and it supports a great cause. You still have time to submit and I look forward to what this community can put together.
