Everyone seems so in love with volkl... I don't get it, would buy them only before head or nordica

I'm not too crazy abou their graphics either. But it sounds like people like the actual skis.

 
the graphics dont look too good, but when i was in jackson hole, there were a lot of volkl fat skis.

the german's excuse for the holocaust: 'nothing happened, we were on a vacation!'
 
the designs are ugly, espically the 169 blue n white karma, but i mean its not ugly enough that u cant ski it, n they're such a good ski that it really doesnt matter

 
depends on where your skiing...a lot of people who do more backcountry than park but still wanna be able to do park choose them

^it doesnt matter if they are a race company, heads a race company, salomon is a race company, only the newschool companies like Line, Armada and 4frnt dont have race skis. I personaly love the Karmas and their graphics.

Their excellent for Pow and High speed carving,

like vollant, But their park ski from last year falls apart in the park

 
thier skis kickass, they are use the Public mold and setup but with out the rivets and a different compound core

karma is an excellent ski, and next years karma graphics are sick, deffitely going to be one of the best skis again

I'm just talkin about the graphics, I havnt skied them.

And skiers care about the graphics just as much as snowboarders.

I have no idea where you're coming from.

1. try the skis. I've demoed the Gotama and it is the sickest ski I've ever ridden, and I regularily ride seth pistols!

2. look at the Sanouk- possibly one of the coolest and most mellow graphics I've ever seen. a true work of art.

3. they keep things simple, people buy them for the quality, not the graphics.

same. i only buy true ski companies like Armada and 4frnt and all the other small ones that truely suppor the sport

Why is everybody talkin about how good the are when the topic says clearly that It's the design I don't like?

I have not tried them, so I can't start a topic about how good they are, but Ive seen them and I can say that I don't like the design at all
