Am I going to get drug tested?

Back in December I got arrested for criminal possession of 26gs of chronic (the decriminalized amount is 25gs. Fuck my luck), as well as an UPMP (unlawful possession of marijuana paraphernalia) for having a scale on me in NY. I got off on two counts of ACOD (adjourned in contemplation of dismissal) as well as having to attend drug counseling and a few bs classes. My drug counselor keeps me that the court can and might drug test me at some point before my ACOD is up, although I think he is just trying to scare me.

So NS I am asking any of you who have had experience with this sort of thing what are the chances I will actually get drug tested.

No, I no longer smoke weed but, it would be nice to celebrate 4/20 and enjoy an occasional doobie with my homies on the hill.

You got caught with almost a zip and a scale and the didn't charge you with intent to distribute, you got lucky, might as well count your luck and stop smoking for a little bit like a man.
