Am i fucked?

I just bought a pair of marker Griffon schizo ski bindings with a 110 brake the only thing is my waste is only 80 or 85 . Is there anything I can do with out having to buy replacement brakes. K+ for any answers helping me.

you can easily buy new brakes for them in your size. my griffon brakes are 90 and my skis are 85 which is perfect imo

No. Don't do that. Get new brakes.

Some shops might even do a straight swap if they need/sell more of the wide brakes.

you can go to your local store which has marker bindings, and trade your breaks with themthey may not charge you anything

just go to a shop and ask to switch them out. As long as they aren't totally abused they should have no problem doing that, it's a super easy swap. Any shop that carries marker bindings will have a huge box of different sized brakes somewhere, marker always sends them out when you shops buy bindings to sell.

Not if you are looking for a little extra stability in the air. I have 130 brake on 79 underfoot skis and it has made my flat spins sooo floaty.

Yeh thats good the only problem is my local ski shop likes to charge you up the ass for the littlest things. but i will check that out and see what i can do.

except that if you eject from your skis then your still attached ski will fly around and probably chop your balls off. There is a reason people don't use leashes anymore...
