i think i might have a concussion...

so my eyes hurt and so does my neck and the back of my head, like my neck hurts like abitch too i can bend it... this happenned after fallin 15 feet onto my head/back so yea do u guys think im hurt?
 
yea, have a friend or family memeber check for dialated pupils, if there both the same size then you'll be fine, but just drink some fluids and get some good sleep tonight, pop a couple iubprofen tomorrow and you'll be good.
