Alyeska??

Hi guys, me and a couple friends have been looking at ski trips over reading week.

At first we were planning on going to go to Revelstoke (went a couple years ago and it was sick), but then we started looking at Alyeska. Although more expensive it definitely looks nuts.

There arn't too many reviews for the resort online, was just hoping for some input from anyone who has ever been. It is significantly more expensive, is it worth the increase?

Trek to Alyeska or stick to Revy (still a trek from Toronto)

Thanks

Alyeska has some of the best and most difficult lift accessed terrain in the world. It's definitely an expensive trip, but well worth it. Snow conditions aren't always the best, but there's always technical shit to ski on.

I haven't heard that much about Alyeska, but it would be a great adventure skiing up there. I'd do it.

I'm headed out to AK new years day for a week of skiing. My friend lives out there and has a cabin right in Girdwood at pretty much the base of the mtn..There is never really a bad year for that mountain they always get snow..and this past season they broke the record for north american snowfall...its gonna be a sick trip.
