im sure that all of you guys have seen the threads about the water ramps in steamboat and the soon to be ones that are coming to keystone. well ive been e-mailing the head of the freestyle section of the steamboat springs winter sports club and he has recently sent me a early rough copy of the flyer that they will be putting on their website about the water ramps they will be hosting this summer. so i pretty much got all the info about them.

first things first..

early season at the water rapms is may 15- june 6.

summer season is june 9- august 29

and fall season is sep 1- oct 24

daily cost is $15

weekly $50

12 day punch card $125

early/summer season pass $350

if you dont have a USSA certified coach you will have to pay coaching fees also they are:

daily $25

weekly $100

summer season $650

then there are punch cards that combine coaching and useage fees:

12 punches $350

24 punches $650

and these are all the things that you will need in order to use the ramps:

SSWSC membership

USSA membership

liability release waver

policy compliance sheet

covered ear helmet

life vest

and a retention device for your skis

like i said i only got a rough copy of the flyer so im sure that this info might change. its not set in stone. hope it helps cuz it took forever to type!

Im gonna be coaching up there, and my buddie owns the ramps so there may be some special circumstances for people associated with Jibij to hit the ramps. More on that later.

...he died doing what he loved. He will always be rememberd as a great snowboarder, but more importantly as a great friend.
