What were you almost named, or what would your name have been if you were the opposite gender? (Inspired by the Middle Name thread)

Was almost Oscar, glad I'm not.

Also, could have been Dell Herreid III. Which would have been boss, oh well.
 
Jamie regardless of if I was a boy or girl :\ middle school was rough having a unisex name
 
I was supposed to be a girl my mom had picked out the name Rachel for me and everything. sooo glad I wasn't a girl.
 
There is a person at work who nobody could tell for sure if it was a guy or girl. Their name is Jamie which doesnt help things. Turns out its a girl though.
 
was gonna be Taylor, but there was a Chicago Bulls game on TV while I was being born so it's Jordan instead.

My parents wanted to name me Worthy after former Los Angeles Laker James Worthy
Around the time I was born he was caught with prostitutes and blow in a hotel room and my mom said she didnt want me named after that. . My parents fucked me I think Worthy is such a doper name than jake.
 
I have no clue I'm sure if my brother wasn't born id be aarron if I was a boy(with two as and two rs, my mom misspelled my brothers name)
 
Was almost named gavin (which is actually my brothers name) but their friends had a kid right before and named him gavin.
 
thats my little cousins name, i think its pretty sweet. its unique, and u dont really think about the word 'chase' when u say his name
 
If I was born 1 day earlier I was going to get my grandpas name of Marvin (cause we'd share the same b-days) so my middle name is Marvin....no idea why I was named Alex,

If I was a girl I would have been named Elizabeth according to my mom.
 
My parents had it narrowed down to Scott, Trent, and Ty... they went with Scott, which I am cool with. I also would have been cool with ty, but I am really glad they didn't pick trent. If I were a girl, I would have been named Alissa
