Alta December 17-22

Those who have been skiing Alta this year,

I am going to be up there this weekend through mid week. I have been following the snow reports but would like to hear it from you guys...how are the conditions? Everything is open and covered? Will one more small system help out this weekend?

Lemme know how it's been up there!

Its the truth. It's gonna suck. We are stuck in a gay high pressure system for at least 7 days. Skiing Alta with no good snow is a waste of your money. Trust me. Go hit up the park at PC or Brighton.

Yeah its all good...I've been to Alta before. But now that I am in college (not near mountains) I only ski twice a year for a week at a time...this year at Alta once and then Copper over spring break.

As long as they get a few inches of fresh snow while I am there, which they might, then it will be fine.

I'll be there on the 27th... this "high pressure system" had better be gone by then, or I am going to kick somebody's face.

They got at least 2 feet while I was there over the 18-20th.

well it is rainin super hard right now in Park City but it is prob snowing up at alta... it will be wet but as long as its snow...
