I went to Alpine on Sat. and their park was awesome. I am not sure who all was there for the phot shoot off of their big hit, but I did see Kristi Leskinen there. I am not sure who some of the other people were there but who ever was hitting the bottom jump switch and thowing switch 3's and 5's had some serious skill. I look forward to hitting up their park again this season.

 
my little brother was there doing ones and fives over the 60 footer... he did say something about some dude doing sw 3's that were quite impressive as well.

whattttt how did i miss this??? grrr.. that makes me mad, i went to the snowbomb comp at N* and got worked instead.. what was kristi throwing

Actually, I did not see her throw anything other then straight airs over the 60', but I was only over there from about 1-3. She was with another female and Kristi seemed to be giving her ponters on rails. I am not sure who that was. Do you guys see pros (ski and snowboard) there regularly? I also saw some snowboarder that was throwing down some huge cork spins that were super smooth.

 
well either way i wasnt at alpine when all this exciting shit was going on. I used to see skogen all the time at the begining of the year, other then that i dont see any other pro skiers, well sean feild and shawn sulivan are there sometimes. Oh and Dave Lenzner, hes ganna be a huge pro.. hehe. Some guys on the park crew are pro snowboarders i think....

umm yeah the resident pros are lenzer and drew cause they kill it regularly. On saturday it was kristi , andy mahre and michelle parker and I dunno who else.

haha ya jex.. you kill it too though! andy said that they were gonna film and shred the rails at northstar this week. he told me that they were riding at homewood and squaw too. it would of been fun to watch them..but i was lucky and got to watch dave kill it in the sierra superpipe comp!

Alpine is a pretty legit shooting spot for pros to go...I mean that's why I go there and just pretend like I'm gonna do something really sick but instead I am aspiring to be a pro poser...oh wait...Derek Zoolander skier version in the making.

yea i didn't see kristi throw anything all day other then straight airs. as for the girl with her i saw her hit the flat rail at the top once, but there was some guys that were throwin some sick stuff off the 60 footer.
