Alpine Meadows Terrain Park Update

cool, I will def be bangin gates next year on RROOOOO!!!! it will be so sick. That sound like a good idea if theyre not going to allow the park on roo. If you guys keep the park sick as it was this year Ill def be stoked.

yeah jonahs that sounds way way sick. i'm really looking forward to what you can dish up for next year with all the extra room!

should be seriosly sick. Having pro's filming major movies at Alpine also give's management more incentive in terms of marketing so I would say this weekend probobally helped. It just kind of sucks because if it gets hyped up it will be more crowded and lose that "home mountain" feel.

yea alpine was a little too hollywood for me today but i dont think it will be like that all year......... sounds sick though jonas! i hope it works out, keep us updated

^yeah dude fuck what the fucking fuck? when are you transferring colleges and coming back to tahoe?

Yea honesly, what the fuck. i dont want to miss the sking, i am at such a progressive stage. But bueno, i can ride fucking mt baldy or bear! Just kidding, i may just quit! Yea, i cant stand sking. it is so not progressive. in fact, i dont ski any more. yep, ill be fine in so cal, cuz i dont ski anymore, RIGHT?????

so everyone thats been saying how its sick the park at squaw is longer , and theyre all on with squallywood, I just have to say props to Johahs, cuz I just skied squaw, i thought there park kinda sucked in general. there jibs other than the roler box sucked, they were short. there jumps kinda sucked. the only legit stuff was the hip which was fun, and the superpipe. I would rather have alpine build nics and have like a "77" foot jump, and close the park 2 weeks earlier. Im not just here to rip on people, but I think alpine did a great job this year, even if they close early

AHhh shit maing, i hope ya know bout switchin lanes holdin wood grain cuz ya know be bout havin thaings, D CREW 4 Lyf3!!!!!! Holla atcha boyee JEAH!!!!!

Thanks man, we try our best.

Also, I didn't wan't to scare anybody, but that jump grew to 85' feet the last time we rebuilt it. I'd say most kids hitting it were going 90' easily. So take pride in knowing you hit one of the biggest (public) jumps in the U.S. I had kids telling me that they came up from Mammoth to hit "the big Alpine jump".

Sorry I haven't built any jumps but I just don't have time or staff to deal with more features right now. Maybe I'll try next week when I have more time.

dude. everyone knew how big that jump was, and I was sssooo stoked. We didnt just want to post that alpine has a 90 footer and get the park staff in trouble. thanks for pushing it back
