Alpha 2's: Centered vs. Recommended

Title pretty much says it all. I got a pair of Alpha 2's over the weekend and was wondering what newschoolers recommended as far as mounting goes. I've never had skis that were center mounted but I've always wanted to.

So yeah, whats your recommendation NS?

I have them mounted center now, and they were at reccomended before I got new boots. I liked reccomended much better, but I am not a park only skier.

From what I heard you will notice a difference in carving ability way more if you mount a 5 dimensional ski like the alphas anywhere other than reconmmend as opposed to centremounting a regular sidecut ski. It depends on what you are using it for I guess.

As I sidenote I think hornbeck centremounts his,(not sure tho) but then again he skis like 100% park with them probs.

Alright thanks guys. I was primarily going to use them for park but if I can't get pow skis like I wanted I might take them elsewhere so I think i'll go with recommended.
