Aloe Vera

Hey all.. after reading about people's (including my own) knee injuries and stuff I wondered - have any of you tried Aloe Vera??

It's a totally natural product and proven to give amazing results with joint and general health problems. I've just started taking it so am waiting to see what happens.

It comes in a juice, capsule, gel etc and protects the body against so many things. Basically you can't get a much healthier product than this stuff. There is a lot of literature on it so If anyone wants any more info, message me or reply on here.

May well be the case. There is an Aloe Vera based product tho which is combined with Glucosamine sulphate and Chondroitin sulphate so u get all the immune system protection goodness of the Aloe Vera plus the other natural supplements that help maintian healthy joints and mobility.

For this reason it's very good for either ageing joints or those exposed to a lot of sport, like us.

Glucosamine was recently shown to not actually help joint health.

I've been taking it since I had knee surgery, but not anymore.

yeah its the shit. i took supplements when i first fucked up my knee and it brought down the swelling so fast. same with when i broke my wrist.

I think she's talking about the Aloe that you take internally. It is a miracle plant I swear.

And, glucosamine is only effective if the swelling and pain is caused by cartilage damage. For anything else it's useless.

Yeah Aloe Vera can be taken internally or applied topically. However you take it, it's effective.

Glucosamine is important in maintaining joints and the tissue around them - it occurs naturally in the body.

It's the chondroitin that helps with cartilage.

i think your thinking of coke, after a mg of that shit you dont feel any thing.

actually i just take 2-22's or t3's on a bad day

I have FAtty plant in my living room at home, i love just squeezing those dank juicy stems full of aloe hmmm

yah, aloe is great when taken internally..it's one of the best digestive aids out there. Just make sure you bought the edible stuff..

Bumped it up..

Because, I've since got into selling this stuff for a company. Anyone can get involved and it's a pretty big business opportunity with potential to make 100's to 1000's $$ a month.

If you're interested, let me know.

haha yeah man, my friend has one of them in his kitchen. i love stabbing it with my finger and squeezing out the aloe juice.
