Almost got hit by a car

Today walking home, I had my green light and walk signal at an intersection. I proceeded to cross the street. Not 4 feet out a car comes hauling from the perpendicular street, starts the right turn and almost fucking hits me, literally 2 feet away.

not very exciting, BUT

He was texting while driving. He had his big ol' android right in front of his fat face. He was lucky he looked for that split second or I could've died, and he woulda been in big trouble.

He was paying 5% attention. I don't give a shit if you say if you can text and drive,

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

same thing happened to me but the car didn't stop so I jumped up and slid across the hood, straight out of a movie, and kept running to catch a bus to campus. When I turned around the guy was shitting himself in regards to what had just happened
