As you may or may not know, all vail resorts are shut down including here in Breck. Town has also passed an ordinance that all retail establishments must shut down (which we're very much inclined to agree with). With that said, we're a small local shop that really needs the March spring break crowd to finish winter strong.

Admins please delete if not allowed, although with the circumstances maybe you'll have some extra leeway haha

So with all that in mind, we're still here taking/shipping out web orders and have put everything on sale, including but not limited too:

50% off all outerwear

50% off all goggles/helmets

50% off all apparel

50% off all backpacks

50% off all gloves/mittens

All skis/bindings/boots at or just above wholesale cost.

All season demos on sale $400-$500, search "demo sale"

Fuck yeah. Although I was flipping through the site and about to grab a tee and realized I have like 4 dollars. Good deals though.
 
Are the discounts applied to the lowest price listed? Because if not, its a pretty dishonest and dick move to charge half a grand for boots and tell people its just above wholesale cost, because i doubt full tilt charges you 480 for wholesale.

We have not finished changing all of our prices. Don't jump the gun, young one!

Although it's not uncommon for hardgoods such as boots to have higher wholesale costs than you might think, it's not 50% like softgoods.

You dropped the boots i screencapped from 500 to 450 and it says in your op that boots are being sold just above wholesale price.

do you seriously pay ~almost 450 for a pair of boots wholesale?

im not calling bs, im just amazed a shop would pay almost 450 bucks for full tilts.

wholesale costs depend on how much you order from a brand and the discounts you receive for ordering. I'm not gonna say that boot is exactly 450 at our cost but it's pretty close, hardgoods can be that way with only 30% margins sometimes.

One reason I tell my employees to focus on softgood sales over hardgood sales even though the hardgoods have high dollar amounts.

While Slopestyle might be a small shop, its an institution in Breck. You guys will make it through, no matter how many tall tees I have to buy! You know what to do people!

Yeah i was checkin the other day. I got a check processing now but until i grab my pay checks from work im not doing shit till i make sure i can swang rent. And have a buffer. For more food and supplies if needed. But yeah the dealz looked legit. I pretty much just where ski gear since i do the year round winter so happy to grab some more dank gear. I think im stuck in the states for this summer though.

Were done as fuck at the mountain as of friday night and my summer job could be okay but i think my chances of getting a work visa will be slim to none even if the situation improves unless it does soon. I think i might be able to go to africa since my visa in Lesotho was kinda sketchy anyway but not sure i really wanna go back there. Did a couple seasons but all ny friends there have moved on.

Weird to work in the real world again after working to cultivate a good resume in the ski industry but works work and my summers prolly fucked. Hopefully i get this job and do alright transitioning into it. If not idk what the fuck im gonna do. Prolly can't afford to stay in tahoe. Maybe id road trip back east or something and helf my friend with construction. Idk.

Yeah man. Could be worse. Im happy that i think i can at least loosely pull off the next month or so of being alive. Have been in way better spots but could be much worse. Wishing errbody the best of luck. Shit wild

Yeah i am. Hoping it does. Even 1k to pay rent will help people to pay rent and quarantine. I have enough supplies to hunker down on the homefront for a few weeks. Pretty much self quarantining other than some touring for a while.

Service was awesome guys. I ordered some pivot brakes midweek and they were at my doorstep Friday afternoon with a hand written “thanks for the support” note on the receipt. First time ordering through them and I am already checking my account for what else I can get. I‘m frothing at those bdog edgeless for 300.

I honestly wanted to write an even bigger thank you note on the packing list, but we've been getting quite a few more orders than expected and we're stoked!!

That bdog edgeless is so fun, even more so in slushy spring conditions.

Just curious for anyone else, are there any items any of you have had your eye on but haven't pulled the trigger and would be more likely to do so if the price went down a bit?

We're willing to go a bit lower on some items if it means we can clear it out, please PM me if so!

Dang, we’ve had that issue on a few select poles and I can’t figure out why. For anybody else, feel free to message me and I can get a phone order when I’m in there.

all of our Tall T stuff is new within this last month which is why it isn’t on discount but I’ll take a look and it’s possible we may do like 20% or something
