the #1 thing is never look at your feet. you will fall, no matter what. keep your eyes on the end of the rail. when you land on the rail, KEEP YOUR FEET APART. a little bit wider than shoulder width is always good. and to help keep you from leaning to far forward or to far back, always try and keep your bases flat on the rail. one, youll slide better; two, you wont mess up your edges; and three, your chances of going to the back or front are waaaaay less. and if you go faster, you will be more scared so you will commit more. and if you dont commit, youll eat shit. when you fall going fast, your mistakes are excentuated, so you be able to see easier what you did wrong. and it looks better.
