All you eastcoast kids are going to hate this thread

fuck the west coast with there "resorts open" in the 2nd week of oct.

we dont play around in the east coast were all about the 2nd week of December
 
a-basin had a 10-15ft flat box and a 20ft down double-barrel set up street style. this was on wednesday, they had a c box off to the side so it may be a lil different now. and loveland isn't open yet
 
Well on an optimistic view, from what I can remember, north eastern resorts usually open in the end of november, which is better than second week of december...
 
yo no worries out east here, mount washington will be getting snow tonight, which means that killy will be gettin hit up soon, and it's finally acting like fall it's about 50 degrees out right now, so for mid october that's not bad at all
 
My mountain in North Carolina should be open the first weekend of november. They were basically the first to open in the east last year. that's right north carolina.
 
Too bad killington won't run the lifts until the 16th. If we get enough snow to ski on this weekend, im hiking.
 
how long of a drive you got to killy, i might not be able to do this weekend cause working in bars + waking up early doesn't happen very often for me
 
around 2.5 hrs or so. hahah i have no issues getting up early, but only when im going skiing. i left here once at 3:30 to head to surgarbush for the day. long ass day
 
ahh i did the same to make first tram at jay on a powder day last year, bahaha took 4 and a half hours to get there, but we made it, but yeah i got about 2 hours to killy and i usually get out of work at 3 am, maybe a no sleep and tons of coffee night/day will be in order
 
It's finally getting a tad bit colder. It was about 55 here today, I loved it. Hoodie and Jeans is my fav.
 
I want for once, for the east to get dumped on and have snow at this time instead of the west/ So everyone over here on the eastcoast can laugh at the guys in the west.
