Ok so I started a cult for computer related issues for NS members.

I owned and operated my own computer company for some time and I want to offer my knowledge to help anyone out who might need it.

Any computer related issues go, just shoot me a PM if you want an invite.

Haha I didn't help Blizzard, I was up for a job there when they were located in Canada.

I have worked for Sony Online entertainment, Turbine Games, and Origin Systems though :: )
 
Ok so got a few members thus far. This isn't just for small issues btw there is info in the cult on some AMAZING warranty programs that put Dells warranty to shame and cost a fraction less.
 
you worked for turbine? does that mean you helped with the original AC? aka the best MMO ever
 
Yep ;: ) I left when the original design team "left". And went to help out with Horizons. Left that pretty quick though cus the system was flawed and no one would listen to me haha.
 
And AC comes in close second to Ultima Online in my opinion, but yeh I still miss running through Dereth haha trying to get the original matty robe. DAUM those things were sexy.

haha oh what memories. theres a rumor going around that if LotR online flops turbine might revamp the graphics engine and try to make AC competition for the current generation of MMO's. that would be sick
 
I'd go back and play it. Haha sold off my lvl 240+ OG 3schooler for just under $5000 on ebay haha.

Had over 5000 people in my guild.

And LOTRO will flop. DDO is doing really well for them though.

But yeh AC was the shit and I'd def go back and play it if they revamp the engine that much. As long as I can get my all white amuli set back with the black borders and the massive base ar value.
 
ok the cult is already going strong haha. Anyone else who knows computers wanna get in on it? I could use the help for when I am not able to check the cult forums.
 
HOARY FUKKIN MATTEKAR ROBE YEAA! I had 2 Orignal ones aswell as a Pre-Patch Amuli set. I forgot about that game, oooo i wanna play again! .. oh how i miss the tranquil forest around Neydisa's Castle and Glendon wood, but those damn shadows...and sir jeoffry tremblant..this is opening my mind to computer games all over again!

Yeh I am actually making a tribute to a majority of the Asheron's Call bestiary in my own game. Should be pretty sick when its done.
 
Yeh I forgot about the pre patch GSA, and GSC. I had the GSC pants and a matty hide top on my pvp 4 schooler. Was untouchable haha. Then they came out with all the dank new rare high ar amuli and I lost it.

Was more focused on getting dank looking armor then anything else.

However at lvl 240+ that's really all you could do haha.
 
holy tits, i got to 65 and just started to screw around, i played on darktide and was in blood for awhile. i also remember Animal getting banned or something.
 
Yeh I was on MT then Winters'Ebb. Then Darktide. Got to 126+ or w/e the level cap was on DT. Gotta love the xp pass up haha and also being able to jump from lvl 1-40 in under 10 minutes cus of lvl 6 spells haha.
