I think we need to clear some bull first. We had to warranty skis last year, as did every ski company last year. Our blem rate was lower than what we expected, but I know that still means we have customers out there that bought and were dissatisfied. Besides that fact, we make a certain type of ski with a specific kind of flex and construction, it would be crazy for anyone to assume that one company can make a lineup of skis that can satisfy every type and persuasion of skier. If you are one of the few that ended up not liking our product, I'm sorry it didnt work out and I hope you found a pair of sticks that you like.
What I should do is just delete every reply and let the OP start over in a fresh thread. And to the hater, Muhammad, whoever you are, if you owned a pair of our skis last year, I'll believe it when you tell me where the serial number was located on the ski. That is, reply if you havent been dealt with already, we really dont like your attempts to break into other peoples accounts and all the aliases you've been running.
