Im trimming the fat from my quiver and whittling it down to two pairs: a park setup and a do everything setup. im up in the air about RMU Professors in 186 or Surface One Lifes in 189.

I'm on 179 Hellbents right now ( and looking to get rid of them for new ski $$) and love them mounted alpine, but i want a longer ski as a rockered 179 skis SUPER short.

this is going to be my pow/BC/crud/touring/do-it-all ski. ideally, im looking for something a bit stiffer, as i want it to handle speed and crud, and something I can hop off healthy sized cliffs with too. and im 6' 195

And I would ask Teletips.com, but theres very few guys who freeski

I don't know much about those skis but it's still great to see someone on feeheels. Fun sport.

i was looking into the 'seths also, but im not sure im a fan of how much rocker they have in the tip, its almost absurd IMO. if they had made them with last yrs rocker profile, but with next seasons width, id be all over them.

and Karhu is dead.

im a big fan of volkl skis and the Bridge maks a fantastic TM ski i have skied it as an alpine ski but my freind has it as a tm ski and he loves it - he made a small cut in the tail to help when useing skins. My wife use volkl for tele as well - but just a normal alpine model

Get something k2 because they are fat but light at the same time. K2 skis or Moment depending on how much you want to spend

Really a shame.

The RMU professor is sick, but if you plan on putting tele binders on 'em, i'd take a look at the Guiot, the ski is sick, less tail rocker and the mounting plate is a little farther back.
