if you want something that has enough to get you out of the powder, yet still handles well in groomed areas, and even more is big enough to take you and all your kids to the park, my immediate thought is a subaru outback.
i have the phil d pro model trouble's and they carve almost as good as my race skis. i would stay with something stiffer than a normal trouble if u wanna ski everywhere.
I have Mojo 90's as my everyday all-mountain ski and I've been really impressed with them so far. They're an awesome ski for actually skiing, I have yet to take them into a real terrain park though. For backcountry they're great, although a bit on the narrow side for me. Overall, it's my top pick for an everyday ski(obviously) as long as you're over 155 lbs or so.
A ski that will last one year go FOIL but if u want something that will last 2 sesons or more go wood core u should have resarched before making this thread cause there a way too many choices
05-06 PEs sound perfect cuz theyre like 85mm underfoot(correct me if im rong) and ive seen them around and they look good, like a fat ski but still really good in the park and very good on the groomers/all mtn
