Yep, Gucci is invading the skiing market with their own pair of goggles. I am not feeling the design at all, but to each his own. They are priced at $195.

thats one cheap and ugly pair of goggles if there asking 195 if you consider you can get a pair of last seasions signature seth morrison crowbars with mirrored lense for 70 easily

diggin the strap....do they work well i wouldnt buy a pair personally but just cause they dont "look cool" doesnt mean they dont get the job done

what's to dig about the strap? the strap on my phenoms look cooler than that and i paid $35 for them new.

my exact thoughts...

\

at least the ed hardy ones look a lil better than the gucci ones i guess....

fuck ed hardy tho

Pretty much the same market as Yniq AKA euro/american weekend warriors with too much money who skis in the alps or any expensive place the world.

...does it mean im from jersey if i kinda like those?

because i do, i really do. although i would never buy them.

also, the guci goggles fucking suck. you can buy goggles that look just like those in the shop at my mountain for somewhere in the neighborhood of twelve dollars.

id have plus ked you if i didnt have you 10/10. asnt sure if anyone would get the reference, that was quick.

Thanks.
A few kids on our basketball team are obsessed with that song and the whole, so I have been hearing "BRRR" all the time in practice and the weightlifting room.

hahha, we had a night we went to a bar (here in the bronx) and were hammered, and decided we werent gonna do anything but quote gucci the entire night. managed to order drinks and somewhat hold conversation (what we remember/heard) just from brrr, whadamn, wayhhhh, and song lines. prolly had to be there though to find this funny. gotta love being the awkward white kids.

Just think though. Companies the Ed Hardy, Gucci and Yniq aren't catering to us, the freeskier population. Jon might be an incredible skier, but he is catering to those he lives around....in Monaco. I'm guessing those people that have a car collection worth more than most of us will see in our lives and spend thousands a night on a hotel room in Aspen or Chamonix aren't going to be trading Crowbar parts anytime soon. They want something exclusive and high class.

Maybe the Gucci and Ed Hardy goggles don't look like anything special, but people will pay. I know that will definitely be the case with Yniq.

You act like thats alot, when little kids on here spend 150+ on oakley shit all the time.

^^this
and those gucci goggles look like gordinis that my dad used to have. pretty much blah except for the strap that says "gucci." but definitely not as fly as whats on the market now from the top-end manufacturers.
the ed hardy gogs are deese, except they say ed hardy and therefore suck. before those clothes became the exclusive style of guidos and white trash they were cool. maybe when they're retro i'll rock those goggles.

Do we even know what the price of Jons goggles are gonna be? Im pretty sure i saw Jussi Oksanen wear them in an edit from Bear, so maybe Jon's target customer isn't upper class people? Just a thought.

I never said that it was a lot, just stated that they cost $195.

From what I can see in the pictures though, it seems kind of expensive.

cool

fashion statement seems like gapers would wear them

not being racist or anything but a lot of oriental people will be wearing them on the slopes most likely
