Alkalized water

Adding electrolytes to water can have some benefits. It seems like upping the PH levels is just a waste when you should be eating a balanced diet.

Is this hype or is it healthy?

I have it in my house, just found out it was broken and we’d been drinking tap water for the past 6 months haha. Just fixed it.

Don’t think it’s a hype. Your body functions better when it’s less acidic.

Considering the pH of tap water is already on the alkaline side of the pH scale, it's all hype...

You would be surprised how well a liver and kidney work amazingly well at keeping you alive and regulating body functions. Your body wont even change a bit even if you live on oranges for months. Salts are electrolytes, they are pH neutral; but, you need them to live though

Homeopathy is a scam for dumb people with too much money and too lazy to get a science based education.
