The factory can make him a 18[x] with that top sheet no problem.

Faction probably only ordered those sizes as they will be the most popular.

For those wondering, His pro model is an existing Faction ski with a special/ limited top sheet

Yeah no ski company is going to mass produce a ski for people pushing 6'5". Easier to make a few pairs for the pro than to sit on 100 pairs that nobody is going to buy. There's a reason most brands sell 171, 176 and 180cm skis. Cuz that's the average height of skiers across the board
