Alcohol screening/internet help

so i need to take this alcohol screening test online The purpose of this screening is to help assess the degree to which your alcohol consumption patterns may be affecting your health, safety, and wellbeing.
and i tried today, the screening is due tommorow and the website says

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'[Microsoft][SQL Native Client]Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [53]./index.asp, line 393

does this just mean i need a pc? i am on my mac,
Please help i need this turned in by tommorow or I am facing addition charges
 
Take a screen shot. It has to do with the server. Nothing to do with what type of computer you're on. If you really need to, email the webmaster.
 
it just means that the website is fucked up.. the page can't communicate properly with the sql server, so it throws an error.. try again later is all i can suggest
