Alcohol by air?

I'm going on a school trip to Toronto and will be spending 4 nites in a hotel with friends so obviously alcohol is necessary. In Alberta we can buy, but not in Ontario so we decided to take it with us. Then one of my friends said the pressure on the bottles in the planes cargo compartment could cause them to leak/break. Is this true? Has anybody tried?

Just buy 1/2 gallons that are plastic, or put it in water bottles or somthing.

Make sure you wrap the bottles well with a towel or hoodie. On my way back from cancun I ended up having a bottle break in my bag from the bag handlers, it leaked all over my stuff. Its no fun when if it breaks especially when you have to go through customs.

yeah man dont worry about it, i got a bottle of absinthe back from england. and think about soda cans too, you get them on a plane, that shit doesnt break! that cabin and the baggage area is pressurized. how would the little doggies survive down there???
