So where i live thanks to all the religous people there was a ban on the sale of alcohol on sundays but with the recent election it has been lifted! BUT you can only buy it with the purchase of food. So does anyone else have this law where they live? and how does yours work?

yea we have the same thing in CT. You also cant sell alcohol past 9 any other day, which is immensely inconvenient sometimes.

The liquor laws are fucked up in Virginia.

You can't buy past a certain time or on Sunday. Practically any day ending in "Y"

Fuck religious nuts who make those laws up.

Here in milwaukee, you can buy anyday until 9PM. don't know how it is for the rest of the state. MN is until 10PM, but there still are blue laws (laws regarding sunday). no booze on sundays is a bummer.

and how's that a claim? where i live, you can get alcohol any time of the day, any day of the week, and you're an idiot if you pay for it because it's free all over the place.

well i live in a land where there is one store across the boarder of my home land that sells liquor, and its only open till 9. And Sundays is 5 i believe? (im not the guy who is buying booze sunday night)

I found that in Salt lake liquor at all the state stores was prettty cheap compared to a lot of places. fuck beer though

from my understanding the only place to get "normal" beer (5-8% ABV) is at the state stores in Utah. Corner stores sell 3.2% if memory serves........ been a couple years since I was there though.

haha you kids who think that utah is gay because of mormons and alcohol need to come to utah and find out for yourselves...
yeah the beer is 3.2% alcohol but it sure as hell makes for more intense games of wizard staff!

hahaha, you seem sick of hearing about it already... i just moved here, give me a break! once i'm jaded, you won't hear about it half as much, i promise!

yeah, it's only about 1000' vert, but it's skiing and i'm within driving distance of SLC and Tahoe for weekend trips. really ain't as bad as it's cracked up to be.
