A friend of mine is moving to Juneau this summer, so I am going to go visit and ski next winter, probably at Eaglecrest.

What is the best time to go? Do I have to go early or late in the season to maximize daylight hours?

Also, it looks like it is only open on weekends is this true?

I currently live in Homer ak, and with climate change I would say that you should go out later in the ski season, and try to make it to Alyeska if you can. Also, the resorts usually plan their schedules around daylight and maximize the use of lights for night skiing, so that isn't an issue.

I would shoot for Feb-March window to guarantee terrain open good luck if possible id try an get a few days in Girdwood to smash Alyeska have fun just moved from AK missing it

Because Eagle Crest is so backcountry TGR...

you're right sorry for proposing the idea, I know how much of everyone's time it wasted, especially considering 90% of the kids on here live in Utah or colorado.
