Alarm Sensors...

so i have an alarm system but we never arm it since i have a dog... but everytime you open the door there is a beep. Im grounded and wanting to sneak out but cant since it beeps everytime.

So my question is has anyone ever experienced this and tried to block the sensor somehow and stop it from beeping?? I need help

nah man not on me, we already had it. I just dont want to have to sneak out a window casue its either through a 2x2 foot window or an 8 foot drop.

find a small piece of metal or a magnet and tape it over the sensor... test it first before u try it later should work though its just like a magnetic connection.

we never lock our doors at all, unless we go away for more than a day or two. and you cant drop that 8 feet? i have jumped out of a second story window, and it didn't hurt at all.
