and yes a lady on one of those electric scooter things with about 5 flags coming off of it and her shopping cart full got pulled over by the police and parking enforcement which caused quite the traffic predictiment. And also as we drove by my dear friend decided to turn the music up all the way and blast the cops theme song, sung by bob marley.
