480 fps will pierce skin from close enough range

i had a shitty 350-400 fps sniper that my friends hated and they made me never use it after i no-scoped one of them in the throat with it

as for a gun, i use the JG MP5-A5 and it's sick for the price...full auto AEG and never had any issues with it
 
first off, your not going to kill anyone, especially at 480fps, i was shot about 15 feet away with 620 fps and barley bled. next, that site doesnt load for me, whats the company of the gun?
 
Basically you want to get a Tokyo Marui electric gun
My personal favorite is the MP5
Tokyo Marui's are by far the best guns on the market, they're fucking pimp
 
480 will make you bleed from probably around 15-20 feet away. Farther than that it will just leave a pretty good welt where they get hit. I like having gun thats are around 350 because even though its fun for you, getting shot by that sniper will suck dick for your friends. After a couple days no one will really wanna play with you anymore hahaha. I think the 350 full auto would be a better buy
 
yeah if you have an ass load of money then get a tokyo marui or classic army but JG is good for us poor people

nope, this kid is hardcore, has put thousands upon thousands of dollars into his stuff, plays with ex marines etc. hes in a special league so he can use the gun in competitions
 
This. Guns like nosteeze's work great..great all around gun. But if you can, try paintball, it really is THAT much better.
 
my friend had one of those guns, never worked. the bb's would drip out of the barrel, and the people never were willing to do anything about it
 
well on the topic of how awesome my gun is...it just jammed. this thread made me think about airsoft so i took out the mp5 and shot some targets and now it's brokedid
 
obviously that was his problem, he just sucked at life so much the gun was dysfunctional, and the company would hear nothing of it because he was shitty at life too.
 
well that'd be fun for the first 10 mins...then you'd have nobody left to play with for round 2...assuming you won round 1..........
 
Nobody is really here to dispute that. If the OP wanted to play paintball, he would have titled the thread "Paintball Questions." As for his question, i don't know shit about good airsoft guns. I have some friends who play with high powered guns, i'll ask them where they got theirs.
 
the sniper rifles for airsoft always look sick, but the pelets always curve cuz its just little plasic balls. so in the end go with the m4. i got an ak47 its sick and hurts like fuck.
 
k so another quick question and this may be stupid, when you say peirce skin the bullet doesnt get stuck in does it? or just break the skin and bounce off?
 
I personally always found Airsoft way more painful than paintball but at the same time, paintballing is super expensive compared to airsoft.

That said, take a look at actionvillage.com... they have an entire section for airsoft stuff.
 
paintballs fun but i couldnt see myself getting into it the people at my park that are harcore paintballers are extreme fruits, but mabey thats not the case every where else.
 
paintbALL is actually like park skiing, a really stronng community. airssoft seems like what you do in the woods with your freinds( juss an opinion). paintball is fairly easy to get into if your just step up andask for advice.
 
I just paintball with a group of like 5 friends in the woods behind my house. No huge crazy speedball things.
 
agreed haha make sure you bring your flak jacket!! haha what you always could do is get a 45. and a flak jacket and get your friend to do the same thing haha holy shit that would be intense
 
Nah dude if you were shot with a gun that shot 600 fps or near it, the bb would probably puncture your skin. My friend was shot point blanc on accident by my other friend with only a 300 fps gun and he was bleeding badly and had huge welts all over his neck. The g&g gun would be a good gun to get. And if you actually played legitimate airsoft on a decent field the sniper would not hurt anyone badly from a good 50-75 feet away.
 
i have a echo 1 m4 and never had any problems with it. I havnt played airsoft for a couple years so I'm not really sure what has come out since, but if your looking for a cheaper gun I suggest echo1

I also recomend gettting a smart charger so you don't overcharge your batteries, cause that is a pain in the ass.
