Airport Security.

I was leaving for Colorado for my sisters graduation around May. I decided I'd go to A-Basin while I was out there and hit the snow for the last time of the season.I packed my bags with my skis and all that good stuff. I was going through security when I was pulled aside, I was wearing typical freeski clothing, tall tee and baggy pants with large hoody. I was then mocked by my parents the way there. I never wear tall tee's in public now.

i don't get it, did you like forget to type a sentence or something? i feel like an integral part of that story was left out.

When I was coming back from switzerland i had a swiss army knife and a screwdriver in my carry on and I got through security. I didnt realize they were still in there until after I got back to the states.

Someone I know got on and off a plane with a knife in his carry on. It was his school bag, and he had just had the little pocketknife in his bag for a while and hadn't remembered to take it out. He realized he had it on the plane

its more of a story of profiling. its not meant to be funny. just how ridiculous airport security is.

ya you're an idiot. they pull everyone out of line with baggy clothing because you can hide shit easier. I get pulled out and patted down when i forget to take off my sweatshirt when going through security. ANyways you probly look like a fucking joke walking around in public like that.

yeah but think about it. bang on a dude with a laptop, thatll do just as much damage as a shovel. or stab them with a pen. the idiotic security rules dont really make us any safer. i mean they made me break the inch long nail file off my nail clippers. which would be easier to stab someone with, a ball point pen? or a 1 inch nail file that swivels.

If you have anything bigger than your body they take you to the side, i get patted down like every time i go to the airport now because i always wear bball shorts and tall tees on planes.

my brother and i got searched for basically the same thing in philly, carrying on my ski boots & helmet in my pack, baggy hoodie and fitted had, and what are the odds, we're both in separate lines, and we both get pulled into the back room and searched. made it onto our plane with about 30 seconds to spare.

I get pulled aside and my bags searched litereally every time I reenter America, for like the past 3 years. I don't know if they've flagged me or if my bags just smell like weed all the time or what, it sucks and makes it take like an extra hour to get out of the airport.

My dad got pulled off in Costa Rica while the plane was on the runway. He got questioned (What is your mother's maiden name? and stuff like that) and then they let him back on the plane

one time flying over the winter i forgot my burton "bullet tool" in my carry on. it has no knife or anything, just a ratcheting screw driver. and they had to open it up and search my bag.

then flying home i had on a nice polo, jeans that fit, etc. and they pulled me aside and gave me the special treatment. ugh.

this summer on the way to cali, the dude searched my shoes for drugs. i know this because: i asked why he needed to search my shoes and he flat out told me, and because they are huge ipath in rasta colors with a nice little pocket in the tounge big enough for a small bag of weed.

I was taken aside and they searched my carry on bag and ski boots then patted me down. They didn't seem to mind me bringing illegal amounts of liquid on the plane though.

my parents gave me so much shit the first time they saw my jiberish hoodie, i've had it for like almost a year and they still make fun of me for it

im fairly sure jiberish is supported whether it fits, or is a 37xl. please dont pretend that wearing baggy shit is supporting the industry. shit the smaller stuff is more supportive, less material, same price. hahaha
