Airline Voucher

When I went to Colorado this summer, I flew on Southwest Airlines and one of the planes had a problem when it was taking off. Sparing the details, the plane was not allowed to take off and we had to switch to another plane. Apparently, this is an inconvenience that warrants a distribution of LUV Vouchers from Southwest.

This voucher is for $200, which can be used to take said amount off of a purchase from Southwest in the next year.

Now I don't need to use this voucher at all, because I will not be flying anywhere anytime soon, so I would hate it to go to waste. I was wondering if it is alright to sell it on eBay or something, but it does say that makes it VOID. Yet, I see vouchers on eBay anyways.

What should I do? I want an extra bit of cash so I can buy more skiing stuff this year.

I got a $400 voucher from delta to take another flight 5 hours later. If they had put me on the very next flight 2 hours later. I could have done it again, to get another 400, but they didnt. Those things are awesome.

sell it to your parents.

One time I had one of those vouchers, and When I left the airport after I arrived in my home town I placed it above my passenger visor "temporarily". Then I forgot all about it. About 3 weeks later i was driving late at night with a friend of mine, and the windows were down cause we were smoking, and she flipped the visor down to look in the mirror and "something" flew out the window.

I was like "what was that?" and she's like "i dunno, a receipt or something" and I was like "meh"...

then two days later I remembered what it was.

DOH!

$150 would be a great amount, for some reason I hear $175 is a good selling price for a $200 but I just want my money quickly.
