Air bag jump

it seems like air bags are kind of rare and there aren't any near me. does anyone know about how much it would cost for a ski resort to put one in? just curious. I looked on google but all I saw were like contact forms for specific needs, and I doubt they would respond to just on random person

Some ski resort in Iowa was able to afford one through a fundraiser. Definitely possible.

Yea I work park crew at that resort and we run it.things a bitch to run and will with water and snow all the time. Tons of holes and not properly maintained over the summer. There not terribly expensive for a resort but just needs a lot of work and attention

I’m pretty sure insurance is also a pretty big issue. The bag it’s self is relatively cheap for a mountains but then there needs to be enough demand and certified people running it

It looks like ski sundown has an airbag does anyone know when they run it? Also I've seen clips of one at Wachusett from years ago and wanted to know what happened to that

Wrong sundown hotshot. That’s my local, a different sundown in Iowa

I wish wisconsin had one idk they might, but I just wait for that one 60 degree spring day or a rare powder day to try new tricks. Ski brule used to have one but now they barely have a park

Tyrol used to have one too but it was such a pain in the ass. The one in Iowa is right on the wisco border
