AIM Virus Help!

Help Me! Whenever I'm logged onto AIM, an away message pops up with a link to what I assume would be a virus. I must already have it because it keeps happening every few minutes. Even if I exit the program, it automatically restarts the program and signs me on, with the away message there. How do I fix this? I'm running ad-aware right now. I cant even ctrl-alt-del anymore. Please help!

virus check with norton or whatever you use. run adware and spyware. if that doesnt work uninstall AIM and reinstall it. if this doesnt work. try system restore.

google....type in aimfix... click on the first one... teh jaylon one or something like that.. download the program it says and run it...
