Ok, so the article says "we" need to do more to combat AIDs in africa, and "the epidemic continues to outrun our efforts to contain it."

What about the African people? They fuck like there is no tomorrow and we're spose to be suprised when they get AIDs. Let them solve it themselves. Not to be too cold hearted, but the death of one person in Africa might ease the suffering of another. We have procreated for milenium like rabbits, now mother nature is spanking our asses.

in west africa it is a common belief that sleeping with a virgin will cure you from aids. it really is a huge problem, and it's really not the fault of the people- there is no treatment, no education on the virus itself, no contraceptives. and hey, if you were in the position... you didn't really know about aids specifically whether you have it or not, and unproctected sex is the norm- safe sex isn't easy to practice whether you want to or not... you're a teenaged boy... hell yeah you're going to fuck girls. it's normal. but what everyone can do is mail over condoms and shit- you can get them for free at planned parenthood and shit. if anyone wants an address to a village where they could send stuff i'd be happy to let you know.... message me.

the problem is to prevent themselves from having kids, which they would be too poor to support, the africans have anal sex. This is the problem and causes them to get aids. They think they are safe but they dont reqlize they are giving each other aids. Some one needs to let them know what is wrong but it should be their gov. I dont believe the us citizens should have to pay to help other countries. it is the countries leaders that should be doing something and if they dont then the people should revolt
