If I wanted to do aerials, I'd do aerials.

Keep anything above a 1080 out of freeskiing. It's ultra gay....kinda like figure skating, yo.

aerials are fucked! so is bear fighting, but im not a bear fighter. if simon carlson starts bear fighting while skiing and you have to fight bears to win the open i probably wouldnt quit skiing, i just wouldnt fight bears.

which is probably why we shouldnt care about triple flips and hexo slides

no one should care to aspire anywhere. I know alot of people aren't too pumped on the whole multi flips and spins going on. But the way i see it, people only hate on it because it seems like freestyle might turn into something that resembles aerials, and no one likes that shit because its highly regulated and limitied sport. As much as i hate all this talk about progression, doubles are just another part of the sport that constantly changes, there just a much a part of skiing as the smaller tricks like 3s and zeros. By hating on them your telling skiers to limit and restrict themselves which goes against all the basic principles of skiing: those principles being to do what you want with the sport and to have fun.
 
WORD .... don't you live your ski life by those same principles paul?  Its their way of expressing themselves and doing what they want, and having fun. im sure many can relate(especially you)... if you really think that skiing is getting to "out there" and your strict robot like individuality can't tolerate such progression then I suggest you move on and try a new activity. or better yet, why don't you invent one that is completely unique and unheard of. wouldn't that be great?

Everyone should aspire to what I have become: Basically just not that great at skiing. If everyone sucks enough, noone will even try double flips!
 
not for the same reason you might think he is. robot like individuality!? PS I LIKE UR ICON LINE SKIS 4 EVAH! line skis riders dont do doubles so i dont like them yet.
 
I think he is, droffart just got shot down real good, can't even defend his own views anymore cuz he's being hippocritical. from everthing i've read from you, you promote individualism, originality, and innovation, yet only if it is in line with your views. Anything that does not follow your vision of what you think skiing should look like and the person's an idiot and not very "unique". Your on a high horse right now but you should probably step off before you get kicked off.
