anyonee else ever have them? they really really suck, i had them IN BOTH FEET at the end of the summer going into the schoolyear, and now its mainly just one. how long for these babies to get completely heeled? will it hurt when i ski? help me out

heel spurs are basically the tendon that connects from your heel to your arch is torn. theres really nothing you can do except but arcg supports, which i have. i got it from stress on my feet (backflipping off houses and such) and from running without shoes on on the hard sand on the beach

I was thinking this was gonna be like "yo, I got some medieval boots with heel spurs, I kill suckas" :(

actually heel spurs are extra bone that forms from shoes (or ski boots in my case) that don't fit properly.  i got a nasty one on my right heel from my boots fitting weird and it hurt SO bad to ski, especially walking on the flat and stuff. like..pain to the point of wanting to barf.  all you can really do is wait for them to go away, which takes a few months.  don't wear close-heeled shoes unless you have to. good luck

jea i get them and they fucking suck! i seriously need to figure out whats causing mine because its got to the stage that i'm almost walking with a limp.. its fucked
