Agrevated Ankle in boot. Need a solution. +K

I have a pair of 09-10 spk chaos's and after i ski for a couple of hours my heel feels like it is swelling up and i get a really sharp pinch in my heel. What can i do to fix it.

Either get them refitted or go get it checked out. Don't wanna ignore it and it ends up getting worse. Hope this helps.
 
Carefully take the liner out and see if there are any sharp plastic pieces that could be sticking into the liner.
 
if you dont find any plastic, get pre wrap and tape and just tape your ankles. if this doesn't work talk to the person who sold you the boot. im sure the could refit you or give you a new one for free
 
My heels fall asleep in my SPk Pros once in a while, usually when im standing around. I dont know if thats what your talking about or not.

I would only think go back to your boot fitter, they should be able to help.
