Its not gone unless you saved a bunch of new stuff over it already or you reformatted the drive. There is deleted file recovery software you can download, just google it and youll find one...

yah you can definitely recover it. just look deep in your harddrive or try to recover it if it somehow got moved into the recycle bin. but i highly doubt its all completely erased.
